EIGHT-WEEK TRIAL PACKAGE

If you wish
to continue beyond the Introductory Session but need more
time to determine if Pilates is the appropriate movement
training method for you, or you simply want time to determine which program will best meet your needs, a
one-time 8-week trial package (16 sessions) is
available. Training sessions in this program are 55 minutes in
length.

(55 Minute Sessions)
With a personalized course of training
designed to meet your specific needs and conditioning goals,
the Studio offers two (2) long-term training programs to
chose from. Each utilizes a combination of Pilates apparatus
(the Reformer, Cadillac,
Low Chair, Ped-o-Pul, High Barrel,
In-Step Barrel System, and Foot Corrector),
along with Matwork, and various Pilates props. Sessions
challenge the body with a vast array of safe, effective
movements that uniformly develop your body.
Classical Pilates

mirrors the path of one's vitality and zest for life. It
adapts not only to
the seasonal changes in your recreational pursuits (along
with inevitable injuries and recovery), but also
continuously accommodates to the changing needs of the body
throughout its maturing process. |

The Twelve Week Program:
This Program follows the calendar year with one week off between
quarters: Clients reserve their appointments for the entire
quarter and the Studio offers two (2) make-up sessions
during each quarter based on trainer / client availability.

The Preferred Client Program (PCP):
based on a year-long commitment of at least one session per
week, this Program offers the best price per session ($65), paid in equal monthly installments at the first
of each month. It provides preferred select time slots (if
available when signing up) and the opportunity for
additional make-up sessions during the year. (Please review the
PCP Contract
for this Program and its offerings.)

These classes are currently
offered at minimal select times, offered at the beginning,
intermediate and advanced levels, designed to introduce
and/or further your previous equipment training. The classes
utilize the full array of Pilates apparatus, including the
Universal Reformer, Cadillac/Pole System,
Low Chair, and Barrel System),
along with various Pilates props. Classes are highly
personalized while offering clients tremendous savings on
ongoing training. The Studio welcomes groups of 3 who wish
to create their own class, selecting times and days that are
available.
►Clients
may join into an existing 12-week program
(if room is available),
paying in full for the remainder of sessions in the quarter.
Price: 12-Week
Package $360 ($30 per class)
2 ABSENCES ALLOWED during the session, with 24-hour
notice.
Credit for up to 2 missed sessions can either be carried
forward to the next
12-week session, applied to a solo session, or used by
existing Studio clients' toward their regular monthly
payments. No refunds provided.
►Clients
new to equipment training are required to have 5 solo
sessions to be safely introduced to the equipment before
joining a class.
